any ideas?

So Nancy and I are sending in an application to be on The Biggest Loser. Good times! Anyway, we have to do a 10-minute video, and being that I'm in Illinois and she's in Texas, we have to do five minutes apiece. Any ideas on what I should do with my five minutes?

I think videoing while shopping for food would be a good video. That would give them an idea of needing help choosing a good selection of foods????? - Dawn
