Well, I don't think the picture will show up for you guys 'cause it's not showing up while I'm typing this, but this is my most recent book I've finished. It's The Witness by Dee Henderson. It just came out about a week ago, and I had it preordered. I've been waiting for her newest book for about a year-and-a-half or more now. I thought I had it figured out about halfway through, but like I said, there was still half the book to go. I didn't expect a lot of things that happened to happen. Anyway, if you like a good suspense book, this one's it!
I also told you I'd update you on the other ones I've read, so here they are! I finally read the other two Dee Henderson books that I hadn't read, and now I own every book she's written that I know about. Anyway, the other two were God's Gift and The Marriage Wish. Great books if you like the mushy love story kind...lol...which I do.
The other three I've read are the ones we discussed in a previous entry about three books being in one. It's called Sweet Delights, but it's put out by the publisher, I believe, to showcase some of their authors. Once again, it's on the mushy love story side. However, these are not the "romance novels" you're thinking of. All of these authors are Christian authors. That's the main theme ran throughout other than love...lol
Anyway, that puts me at 11. I don't usually read too many love stories, but these books were cheap, and I've decided I want to collect all my favorite authors. I've got about eight or ten more of Terri Blackstock's books to read and then maybe I'll find a few other good authors. I do love a good mystery. I've been looking into Ted Dekker a lot. Has anybody read anything from him? I think the books look pretty scary. Not the scary that talks about monsters and stuff like that, but the scary that makes you wonder who's walking behind you and keeps you up at night. Anyway, let me know if you've read any of his stuff!

i plan on reading at least the circle triology for my 50 book challenge. it has been on my list for awhile now. ted gets good reviews and i love the suspense stuff. i guess i'll decide on other of his books after i finish those three.
btw: www.teddekker.com has excerpts from his books. for "black" the first book in the circle trilogy, you can read the first 2 chapters. kinda cool if you're interested in how his writing style goes. i'm already hooked! :)
thanks, Erin! I'll check that out. On cbd.com you can buy the circle trilogy for $30, but I wasn't going to do that until I had read them, but I thought if you liked them, I'd let you know about it!
yeah, i've already checked that out...i love cbd.com (www.christianbook.com)!
