First off, I'm going to respond to Bethany Meeks' post about Jennifer Knapp. Um, yeah, she rocks!! I've got all her stuff if you need to borrow it sometime ;) Also, I posted my comments...finally....to your blog entry that you directed to me. Sorry it took so long. LISTEN TO JK AND HELP US FIND HER!! LOL
Okay. Now that that's finished, I'll move on to the other stuff. Actually there's not really much other stuff. I've worked all day. My wrists hurt, and I'm trying to prepare myself for my depositions tomorrow at 9 a.m. They're with this attorney, who is an awesome guy, but every time I'm there it's a divorce or a custody battle. I hate those. They're sooooo draining emotionally. Usually the witnesses start to cry and the attorneys start yelling at each other and I have to tell them that if they don't be civil, there won't be a transcript 'cause I can't type two or three people talking at once. Can you tell I'm so looking forward to this? Please pray for me that I might not be so drained when I come home, 'cause I'm watching the Snyder kids, and I want to be able to have fun with them!!
I've also been thinking lately about how I spend my time. Have I really been using my time to glorify God as best I can? Um, no. I'm either typing transcripts out, bidding on eBay, typing this blog, or watching TV. Am I living hallelujah? I had never heard of that term until I got this rockin' new CD by Sarah Kelly called Take Me Away. The first time I listened to it I hated it, but now I can't take it out of my CD player. Before I share the lyrics with you, I just want to challenge all who read this just to keep track of a normal day, how you spend it, and what portion of your time is spent doing something that is glorifying to God. I'm interested in finding out your thoughts on this!!
Who am I
That you came to earth for me
To die on a tree
Who are you?
Son of man, Son of God
Yes, I believe it's true
More than words I bring to you
May all I say and may all I do
Be hallelujah, hallelujah
May everything about me be
Hallelujah to my King
Hallelujah, hallelujah
May everything about me be
Hallelujah
All of me
I surrender completely
Take control
I want all of you
So I'm letting go
I am healed and I'm forgiven
I am free because I'm living
Hallelujah, hallelujah
May everything about me be
Hallelujah to my King
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
May everything about me be
Hallelujah
It's all so clear
It's all so clear
I was born to worship
It's all so clear
It's all so clear
I was born to worship
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
May everything about me be
Hallelujah
-Sarah Kelly
Blessings upon you!
Jules
